LAS was established in 1992 by the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO). As part of the AMO family, LAS works with Ontario’s municipalities to help these organizations: save money, make money, and solve capacity.
Our mission is to seek innovative and creative long-term programs/services that are beneficial to municipal governments and broader public sector organizations, do not compete directly with purchasing cooperatives, and can be aggregated at an association level.
More than 360 Ontario municipalities use one or more of LAS’ programs and service offerings, and many more have attended our various training and education events. The annual reports available will provide you with a summary of the issue areas that we help municipalities with, along with some key facts and figures, and our annual financial statements.
NOTE: Every attempt has been made to make LAS Annual Reports accessible. Financial statements are provided by a third party and are not AODA compliant. If you require a fully accessible document please contact LAS at firstname.lastname@example.org or 416.971.9856.
