The One Investment Program

The One Investment Program is a co-mingled investment program designed specifically for the municipal and broader Ontario public sector.  Since it was established in 1993, the One Investment Program has consistently provided strong rates of return.

The One Investment Program is jointly operated by LAS, and CHUMS Financing Corp. (a subsidiary of the Municipal Finance Officers’ Association of Ontario).


High Interest Savings Account (HISA)
A new offering from The One Investment Program, our High Interest Savings Account (HISA) offers a guaranteed variable rate of return for any investment through a Schedule 1 bank. The monthly interest rate is based on the total HISA balance, and is linked to the bank Prime Rate. The larger the total HISA program balance, the higher the interest rate!
